1, Equipped with a high-pixel CCD magnifying lens, auxiliary program teaching and editing functions, improve accuracy and precision, and higher resolution images.
2, Automatic MARK point positioning and correction system. The moving path has real-time display and simulated router tracking. The display is clear at a glance. The automatic alignment correction function has higher cutting accuracy. As long as the PCB is deviated within 3mm, machine vision can perform automatic routing. The calibration relaxes the accuracy requirements of the operator when placing the board and greatly improves the working efficiency.
3, The copying of the left and right worktables of the program, block copying, display, multi-angle connection board copying, single-step tracking modification function, and block editing modification function accurately simplify the program production time and improve editing efficiency.
4, The vacuum cleaner made of high-power imported fan and the high-voltage static elimination device of 10V have more ideal vacuuming effect and lower noise.
5, Tool life monitoring. After the cutter cuts a certain distance, it will automatically rise and fall to the position of another uncut blade. The up and down distance and frequency can be set according to the length of the blade to extend the life of the cutter.
6, The transparent safety door design makes the process clear at a glance. There are two ways to open the door: emergency stop and 50% deceleration for different customers to choose. Emergency stop is to prevent accidents during processing and provide a safe inspection operating environment. The deceleration of 50% is to facilitate the programmer to monitor the machining process when the program is being done.
7, The PCB substrate is placed by two-stage continuous sliding processing to reduce waiting time and increase production.
