High Precision 4 Axis Compact Soldering Robot 360 Degree Dual Working Station with Auto Solder Feeding

This automatic soldering robot replaces traditional manual soldering on SMT back-end lines. Customized fixtures hold the PCB, the temperature controller heats the solder tip, solder wire is fed automatically, and the machine solders every point according to the stored program. Operators only load and unload boards, so output and joint quality no longer depend on operator skill.

The machine carries two independent work surfaces. While the robot solders the boards on one station, the operator loads the next batch on the other, so the soldering head keeps working in circular mode instead of waiting for loading. Each station stores its own program, which means two different board models can run on the same machine without reprogramming between batches.

Mainly used for soldering processes that reflow soldering and wave soldering cannot handle, especially mixed circuit boards, heat sensitive components and sensitive devices in the SMT back-end process. Widely applied to PCB board soldering lines, charger plug welding, connector soldering, DC terminal tinning, LED strip light connection and similar electronics assembly jobs.
