Product Introduction

This Flexible SMT Conveyor is a high-performance PCB handling equipment designed for SMT production line connection and PCB transfer between process stations. It supports smooth, stable and precise board transport, making it an ideal link conveyor for electronic assembly manufacturing.

SMT Conveyor:

The function of the SMT PCB Handling Equipment connection station is to connect between SMT production lines. It can also be used for PCB buffering, inspection, testing or manual insertion of electronic components.

The docking station generally includes: a frame and two parallel rotating conveyor belts installed on the frame. The circuit boards are placed on the two conveyor belts for transportation. The existing conveyor belts are generally fixed in position on the frame, so that the two The width of the circuit boards conveyed on the conveyor belt is limited, which is not conducive to conveying circuit boards of different sizes, making the applicability of the docking station low.

According to the function, the connection station can be divided into a connection station with a light frame, a fully automatic connection station, a dust cover connection station, a cold air cover connection station and a screening connection station.
