This 3 axis glue dispensing machine is built around an internal lighting system. A built-in LED lighting source is installed inside the working chamber and switches on together with the machine, so the dispensing area, the nozzle tip and the glue bead stay fully visible during programming and production. Operators no longer have to hold a torch or work under a shadowed gantry when teaching a new path on dark substrates, black epoxy or deep-cavity LED housings. The illuminated chamber shortens teach-pendant programming time, reduces first-article rejects caused by missed or broken beads, and makes routine inspection of the glue track possible without stopping the cycle.
