Product Introduction

Our NG PCB reject conveyor, also known as defective bad board removal conveyor, is an essential automation station for modern SMT assembly lines. This SMEMA compatible reject conveyor works together with AOI, SPI and other inspection machines to automatically separate and unload failed NG PCBs from the main production flow. Built with sturdy aluminum frame and driven by reliable Mitsubishi PLC control system, it detects rejected signals accurately and transfers defective circuit boards to the collection area without interrupting normal production. It keeps qualified boards moving continuously and prevents faulty PCBs from flowing into subsequent assembly processes.
