Product Overview

The Single Tube Screw Valve HS-300 HS-450 HS-600 HS-700 is a high-precision eccentric screw rotor dispensing valve designed for automated fluid dispensing systems. As a core volumetric quantitative dispensing component, this screw dispensing valve adopts a single-tube integrated structure and eccentric screw rotor transmission principle, completely different from traditional pneumatic dispensing valves. It delivers stable, pulse-free and consistent micro-volume dispensing output that is not affected by fluid viscosity, air pressure fluctuation or liquid level changes.

Covering four mainstream models HS-300, HS-450, HS-600 and HS-700, this high precision dispensing valve supports adjustable dispensing volume and speed, perfectly adapting to low, medium and high viscosity fluids including adhesives, pastes, fluxes and filling materials. Working Principle
  1. The volumetric metering and filling system of the single-tube screw valve operates on the infinite piston principle, featuring a hermetic design between the rotor and stator. The rotor rotates within the stator core to achieve precise quantitative delivery of colloids and fluids with varying viscosities, ranging from low to high.

  2. At the heart of each application lies the volumetric delivery metering pumps, which guarantee pressure stability and linear pump characteristics. These pumps establish a predictable relationship between pump speed, time, and flow rate, enabling consistent material metering either through time control or pump rotational speed.

  3. Whether dealing with low or high viscosity fluids, abrasion-resistant materials, or highly filled fluids that are sensitive to structural changes, dispensing accuracy remains unaffected by viscosity.
