The HS-2000S / HS-2000R Solder Paste Screw Valve is a precision volumetric dispensing valve designed for accurate, repeatable solder paste deposition in SMT, PCB assembly, and selective soldering applications. Driven by a servo motor and high-precision screw mechanism, it delivers consistent paste volume regardless of viscosity changes, cartridge fill level, or ambient pressure fluctuations.

Unlike time-pressure pneumatic valves, the screw valve moves solder paste through a rotating screw channel in a controlled volumetric manner. This ensures stable dot weight, uniform paste shape, and excellent repeatability, making it ideal for fine-pitch pads, BGA rework, pin-in-paste, shielding frames, connectors, and small-component soldering.
