Automatic Vision Guided PCB Glue Dispensing Machine 300x300mm AB Glue Mixing Valve

The HS-VD300 is an automatic vision guided PCB glue dispensing machine engineered for high-precision adhesive application on SMT and PCBA production lines. A CCD camera locates fiducials and component outlines in real time, so the dispensing path is corrected automatically instead of relying on mechanical fixtures. Combined with an AB glue mixing valve, the machine delivers two-component epoxy, silicone and polyurethane adhesives with a stable mixing ratio, making it suitable for underfill, edge bonding, component fixing and encapsulation in PCB assembly.

• Vision guided positioning — 5 MP CCD camera with ring light recognises fiducials and board edges, compensating board warp and placement tolerance with repeat accuracy of ±0.02 mm.
• AB glue mixing valve — two-component static mixing valve with adjustable ratio from 1:1 to 10:1, solvent flushing port and anti-curing design keep the mixing tube clean between cycles.
• 300 x 300 mm working area — 3-axis gantry with precision ball screws and closed-loop stepper motors, maximum moving speed 500 mm/s.
• Automatic height sensing — laser sensor follows board surface height, keeping a constant needle distance on warped or populated boards.
• Fast programming — 7 inch touch screen with hand teach pendant, CAD / DXF import and up to 1000 programs stored on board.
• Dispensing modes — dot, line, arc, circle and area filling supported, with independent parameters for each glue pattern.
• SMEMA interface — ready to link with PCB loader, conveyor and unloader for inline production.

1. Operator loads the PCB onto the vacuum platform, or the board enters through the SMEMA conveyor.
2. The CCD camera captures the fiducial marks and calculates the X/Y offset and rotation of the board.
3. The control software shifts the stored dispensing program to the measured position automatically.
4. The AB glue mixing valve dispenses the programmed pattern with closed-loop pressure control.
5. The machine logs the board position and rejects boards that fail fiducial recognition.

Part A and Part B are supplied from separate pressure tanks and only meet inside the static mixing tube, so the adhesive keeps a consistent pot life and no pre-mixed material is wasted. The mixing ratio, dispensing volume and valve opening time are set on the touch screen and can be stored per product program. A solvent cleaning port flushes the mixing tube at the end of each shift, which reduces downtime caused by cured adhesive inside the valve.

Underfill and corner bonding of BGA and CSP packages, chip fixing before reflow, LED lens bonding, edge sealing of PCBA, potting of sensor modules, and general two-component adhesive dispensing on SMT assembly lines.

Each machine is packed in an export plywood case with shockproof foam, together with the touch screen program backup, spare dispensing needles, one static mixing tube set and an English operation manual. Standard models are ready for shipment within 7 working days.
