Shenzhen HanSome Technology Co.,Ltd(HSTECH)was estabilished in 2012 by prefessional and experienced engineer who wroked many years in EMS company,we specilized in PCB handling equipments at first, then we develop the PCB depaneling machine and SMT cleaning machine. HSTECH not only have professional technical team for R&D,but also have a outgoing and experienced marketing team for research and develop, grasps products developing directions, updates the products and technics to meet the continue changing demands. In the past years,we have been always keep innovating and exploing to make cost-efficient products to help our customers saving cost and labor, improving the production efficiency at the same time.

Established in Shenzhen on October 2012;

Start developing PCB handling machine with a 10 people R&D team in 2013;

Self innovation using stepper motor to make PCB Loader unloader in 2013;

Invest to develop and produce PCB depaneling machine in 2014;

In 2015, the company start doing the stencil cleaner, and other cleaning equipment about SMT;

In 2017, the R&D team and production line expansion;

Moved to Dongguan in 2018 for a larger factory to meet the production;

Our company principle is "Quality-Oriented and Customer-orented", quality is the first goal, with experienced and professional production ability, we have strong high quality product R&D system and quality control system, products will test at least 4 times before shipped out. At the same time, we always do the vistigation, deeply contact with our old customers, willing to hear their ideas to the product, continuous products innovation and improvement.

Before sales service, once we receive your inquiry or questions, we will react within 1 hour during working time, and within 6 hours during offwork time, technical support at line at the same time.

After sale service:

Step 1 When the customer claim the product has problems the Quality Assurance department will do a investigation according to the problems which the customer have proposed. Try their best to find the reasons for causing such problems.

Step 2 If the QA department fail to analysis, customer should return the bad products and then the QA department will have a further history investigation.

Step 3 After that the QA department will do a overall investigation on Electrical & Mechanical characteristics.

Step 4 If they still fail to find the reason, then the Engineering dept, the Planning and Production dept will get together to continue a further and unitary investigation to find the reason for bad work.

Step5 The overseas sales department should feedback the report, If is really the seller’s mistake. The Product department should re-processing the product and send the new to the customer to compensation for the loss.

Step6 The continuous improvement to solve the problem would be achived as formal documents issued by Engineering Dept. and other related Dept.. Our workers will be well informed and supervised through SOP(standard operation process) during the Routin training course.
