Multiple Magazine PCB Loader HS-LD350

The HS-LD350 multiple magazine PCB loader automatically feeds bare boards from stacked magazines onto the SMT line conveyor. A 6 second loading cycle and SMEMA signal handshake keep the line flowing without manual board handling, reducing board damage and labour cost in high-mix production.

Key Features

6 Second Loading Cycle — fast magazine indexing keeps pace with downstream screen printers and mounters, avoiding line starvation during peak throughput.
SMEMA Signal Interlock — standard SMEMA communication synchronises the loader with the next machine, so boards transfer only when the downstream station is free.
Handles 0.4mm Thin Boards — the conveyor and guide rails are engineered for fragile, thin PCBs with minimum 0.4mm thickness, lowering the risk of warp and micro-crack.
10-40mm Adjustable Pitch — magazine pitch is adjustable in a 10-40mm range, covering both dense and wide board spacing without changing tooling.
PLC + Touch Screen Control — parameter setting and fault diagnosis are done from a touch screen panel, shortening changeover time between product runs.
ESD Safe Structure — anti-static conveyor belt and grounded frame protect sensitive assemblies along the handling path.
