Equipped with a precision stepper drive system and industrial PLC control system, our Automatic PCB Stacker realizes real-time motion sequencing with closed-loop feedback, achieving a 10-second cycle time for continuous board stacking operations. It can stack up to 400 PCBs at a time (for 0.6mm thick boards) and support high-speed stacking without jamming, which can significantly improve the throughput of the SMT production line and reduce production downtime. The reinforced aluminum frame architecture ensures ±0.1mm positional stability under 200kg dynamic loads, passing MIL-STD-810G vibration testing, making the equipment run stably for a long time.

The PCB Stacker is equipped with a 7-inch IP65-rated high-resolution touch screen HMI, which provides real-time visualization of board count, fault diagnostics and bypass mode activation, without interrupting SMEMA signal handshaking. The operation interface is simple and intuitive, with clear operation prompts, no professional training is required, and ordinary workers can get started quickly.
